These terms apply to the Navon LLC website and the current pre-release version of NavoPlay.
You may use this website and NavoPlay for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment. You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access or use them to violate another person’s rights.
NavoPlay provides tools and prompts for social games. It does not provide gambling, betting, real-money prizes or casino services. Adults remain responsible for supervising children and deciding whether individual activities are appropriate for their group.
The Navon LLC and NavoPlay names, product design, original text, software and visual materials are owned by Navon LLC or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.
We work to keep our services dependable, but they may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Pre-release features and availability may change before public release.
Printing, sharing, app-store distribution and purchases may use services operated by Apple, Google or your device provider. Their separate terms and policies apply to those services.
We may update these terms as our products develop. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
